Appearance

This beer has a opaque cloudy yellow color with a slight head which lingers for a while ending with some nice lacing.

Aroma

There is a strong melon scent present along with a hint of bananas.

Mouthfeel

There is a nice creamy feel to the beer when combined with the feel from the head early in the beer.

Taste

There is the typical citrusy taste of a hefeweizen with a slightly more accented taste of bananas. There is more of a bitter start with this beer than is typical of many hefeweizens.

Additional Comments

Not bad for a hefeweizen but a little different. Many consider this one of the better hefeweizens due to it unique taste.
