Appearance

Coronado Mermaid's Red Ale pours a dark red color with a very small off white head.

Aroma

There is a nice smell of caramel and hops blending in with some sweet malt fragrances.

Mouthfeel

This is a medium bodies beer. Fairly smooth with a minimal amount of carbonation.

Taste

This ale has a hoppy taste to it and at the same time has a strange sweetness to it from the malts.

Additional Comments

This is a interesting red ale. Flavors are interesting when combined with the aromas it gives off.
