Appearance

The Black Marlin Porter poured almost black with very little head. Perhaps this beer needs to be poured a bit more aggressively to achieve a decent head. There were bubbles visible throughout the beer.

Aroma

There are smells of roasted malts and coffee beans.

Mouthfeel

Its a medium bodied beer with a slight creaminess with a little carbonation adding to a slight bite at the beginning.

Taste

This beer taste like it has a good amount of roasted malts mixed in with some creamy coffee flavorings.

Additional Comments

This is a very drinkable beer, good mix of flavors, great taste but not overpowering.
