Appearance

The Wahoo Wheat Beer pours a very cloudy bright yellow color. There is no head formation at all which was a bit surprising.

Aroma

The aroma wasn't very strong but there were citrus scents, maybe a little peach note, topped off by some spices.

Mouthfeel

The beer is very light and clean with minimal carbonation. Its a little on the thin side for my tastes.

Taste

There are some slight citrus flavors, mild spices, but overall it comes across as a watered down beer. For a witbier I was hoping for something a little more flavorful.

Additional Comments

Overall I was a bit disappointed in this beer. It was average and refreshing and light for a hot summer day but as far as enjoying a nice witbier I would look for one that wasn't so light and a bit more flavorful.
