Interview With Greg Koch From Stone Brewing Company

Recently Breweries, Bars, and Beer Food sat down with Greg Koch from Stone Brewing Company and their brewery in Escondido, California to find out a little more about their philospohes on beer and running a business.  Greg spoke about his thoughts on how he goes about producing great beer and what he thinks about appealing to the masses and how this effects his beers.  The interview was split up in to three parts so sit back and enjoy.
