Overview:
Rock Bottom Brewery brews fresh, handcrafted beers. Their restaurants are done in warm woods and earth tones. They produce their beers in their onsite brewery to make them fresh. Rock Bottom's main two ingredients that influence their beers is local water and local tastes in each location. Then they handpick the finest hops from the Yakima Valley. They produce 40,000 barrels of beer a year and have won over 100 beer awards.
