South Coast Winery was founded by Jim Carter in 2003. Jon McPherson and Javier Flores are the winemakers that are determined to make the very best wine while retaining the personality of each varietal. South Coast Winery has won over 650 awards, but are most proud of earning the Golden Bear Award on July 11, 2008 for "Best Winery in California."
