Thornton Winery has an awarding-winning restaurant in it named Cafe Champagne. The food at Cafe Champagne is considered the perfect combination of French country elegance and contemporary cuisine. They offer a lunch menu as well as a dinner menu. The restaurant is opened for lunch daily from 11 to 3:30 and for dinner daily 5 to 9 p.m. California Restaurant Writers Association has awarded Cafe Champaign with the Gold Award for contemporary cuisine for 11 straight years now. Ask the server for suggestions if you need help pairing a wine with a certain meal you want there because they are experts. The tasting room is open daily from 10-5.
